This policy describes our commitment and the measures we take to prevent, detect, and respond to any content or behavior that puts minors at risk on our platform.
At Adoptame/Encuentrame, we commit to:
Strictly prohibiting any child sexual abuse or exploitation content.
Prohibiting any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
Prohibiting harassment, grooming, or any attempt to contact minors inappropriately.
Taking immediate action against users who violate these policies.

The following is strictly prohibited on our platform:

Content that sexualizes minors in any way.
Text, comments, or messages that promote or request child abuse content.
Attempts to contact minors for inappropriate purposes.
Sharing personal information of minors without authorization.
Any violation of these policies will result in immediate and permanent account suspension and will be reported to competent authorities.
We implement the following measures to protect minors:
Review of content published on the platform.
An accessible reporting system so users can report inappropriate content.
Priority response to reports related to child safety.
Training for our team on identifying and handling these cases.
Collaboration with child protection organizations.
If you find content that violates this policy or suspect inappropriate behavior toward minors:
Inside the app: Use the "Report" button available on posts and profiles.
By email: Write to adoptameencuentrame@gmail.com with the subject "URGENT REPORT - Child Safety".
All reports related to child safety are handled with maximum priority and confidentiality.
When we identify or receive a report of content that violates this policy:
We immediately remove the content from the platform.
We permanently suspend the offender's account.
We preserve evidence for authorities.
We report the incident to competent authorities and organizations such as NCMEC, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
We block the user's access to the platform.
Our app is not intended for children under 13. By creating an account, users confirm that they are at least 13 years old. If we identify accounts belonging to children under 13, we will delete them and their associated data.
We fully cooperate with law enforcement and government agencies in investigations related to child safety. This includes:
Providing information requested through valid court orders.
Proactively reporting illegal content to authorities.
Collaborating with international child protection organizations.
