To protect your data and verify your identity, account deletion is handled manually by our support team.
Send an email from the same email address you used to register in the app.
In the email subject, write exactly: "Account deletion request"
In the email body, include:
Your full name registered in the app
The exact email address you used to register
Optionally, the reason for your request. This helps us improve.
We will process your request within 24 to 48 business hours after receiving it.
We will send you a confirmation email when your account has been fully deleted.
When your account is deleted, the following will be permanently removed:
Your personal information, including name, email, phone, and location.
All your pet posts, including adoption, lost pet, and street animal posts.
Your saved favorites and preferences.
All photos you uploaded.
Your shared success stories.
Your notification and activity history.
Any other data associated with your account.
You will not be able to recover your account or any data once it is deleted.
If you have published pets, they will no longer be visible to other users.
If someone was interested in adopting one of your pets, they will lose that information.
You may not be able to create a new account with the same email immediately.
If you are considering deleting your account, here are some alternatives:
You can edit your profile and remove sensitive information without deleting your full account.
You can mark your posts as "Found" or "Adopted" without deleting your account. This lets you keep access for future adoptions or reports.

Simply log out. Your account will remain inactive and you can return whenever you want.
